All rentals are subject to a written rental agreement specifying duration, unit type, delivery location, and pricing. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful placement of units on their property or jobsite.
Invoices are due upon completion of service unless other terms are arranged in writing. Late payments may incur fees.
Customers must provide reasonable access for delivery, servicing, and pickup. Damage to units beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.
We make every reasonable effort to meet scheduled delivery and service dates. Severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
Brookelavio Co. is fully licensed and insured. Liability is limited to the value of the rental contract.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery incur no fee. Later cancellations may be billed at our standard delivery rate.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
